Where in the world is Brandiwork?

I love working with businesswomen all over the world

and I adore that what I do and the internet are a perfect match for that.

But I particularly love working local.

Because we get to meet up and have coffee. And seeing clients in real life is a delight.

I live and create on a farm halfway between Junee and Coolamon, about 30kms north of Wagga Wagga, in the middle of NSW. I grew up around this area, but it wasn’t until I moved away for some time and then came back that I discovered how beautiful this area really is, in so many ways.

FYI: It’s pronouned “WOGGA WOGGA” – an Aboriginal name meaning “place of many crows” or “drunken man” – depending on which books you’ve read. It’s situated on the banks of the Murrumbidgee River, and it’s pretty much always just called Wagga.

I’ve worked with some stellar local businesses on both branding and websites, and I’m thrilled with how they’ve turned out.

* I also love giving a bit back to the community – and if you’re a not-for-profit community organisation, I offer a 20% discount on all my services.

The Ark Coolamon

Boutique accommodation
website design & build
The Brief:

This luxury space is the result of years of work, restoring this historic church building in Coolamon, its stained glass windows, and cedar door frames. The owners, both art teachers with an eye for design, have brought together selected furniture and objects they’ve collected over the years, with an emphasis on Art Deco.

The site needed to convey that sense of luxury, hint to its Art Deco origins, and showcase its divine furnishings.

Ginger&Curls

Curly Girl Method hair specialist
website design & build
The Brief:

Lisa is a well-respected hair specialist and advocate for the Curly Girl Method in Wagga Wagga. While she had a logo, she had no other brand elements at all. So using the beautiful artwork inside her salon as inspiration, and in line with her brief to keep it natural, light, and elegant, I extended that branding for her. I created a colour palette, chose fonts, and created a background pattern, which adds texture and interest throughout the site.

Simplicity is a key quality of her business, and the layout reflects that philosophy – simple, yet sophisticated.

Style By Blondes

Property Stylists
branding, website design & build
The Brief:

Style By Blondes are property stylists for the Wagga region and beyond. The style is sophisticated yet relaxed, clean and comfortable – with an innovative edge.

The branding reflects their sense of classic modern with a twist, with soft greys and gold, plenty of white, sparked with pops of colour.

The layout feels clean and spacious, with a touch of asymmetry to enhance the sense of inventiveness.

Is it time to upgrade your brand strategy and website design?

Let’s have a chat about how we make that happen.

From the moment I met with Julie, I knew that she was the best person to create my website for Ginger&Curls.

Julie was super easy to work with and I really enjoyed our time together. She was so patient and understanding with me throughout the entire process.

I am absolutely in love with my website. I can highly recommend Julie.
